| Technical Support is provided for one
year from the date of purchase at no additional
charge. Whether you have Feature Winner for
PocketPC, Feature Winner PC Companion, or both, the
first year of technical support is free.
After the first year, unlimited technical support is
$75 per year, no matter how many of the products you
have above. If you have both products, the TOTAL
technical support fee is $75. Therefore, you pay
one small fee annually, and you get technical support
for all of your products.
Unlimited technical support also allows you to
receive free upgrades to the product for the duration of
your technical support term.
If you don't want to purchase the annual technical
support, we can support you on a per-call basis for $40
per call. As you can see, the annual technical
support with unlimited support and product updates, as
they are released, is a much better value.
We can also customize your version of the software to
suit your individual needs. Most modifications run
less than $75. Modifications will be supported
within your annual technical support term but are not
included in the price of technical support.
Technical support is available Monday through
Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (CT) and from
9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays (we have to get to our
Friday night race track too!) Technical
support is performed on a callback basis and we frequently return calls until 9:00 PM
(CT), Monday through Thursday nights. |
